The Venue
The training was held at FAYOWODO, a non-profit offering Vocational Training Programs for teenage mothers as well as a Montessori day-care for their children where they train Montessori teachers too.
Participants who passed the application attend the training free of charge and stay in shared rooms, with shared "local" (Tanzanian-style) toilet and shower, including 3 meals per day.

| 2 | In a few sentences, describe your experience working with children (this can include siblings). | Make sure you mention how you connect with children, and what motivates you the most to work with them. |
| 3 | Share an example of how you have demonstrated leadership in the past. | This can be at your school, university, community, social change project, family, friends or anywhere else. |
| 4 | What motivates you to participate in this training? | It can be a plenty of different reasons and motivations. |
| 5 | Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? | It's okay to dream big here :). We want to know what makes you passionate, what you burn for. |

If you have anything you want to offer, please briefly share what you have in mind below. Offering activities can increase your chance to be selected for the program.
