From time to time we sponsor Young Leader Training Camps, so participants can participate for free after passing a two-phase application process. The camp itself is a stand-alone thing which we do from the heart for its own sake, however we indirectly benefit since we usually hire people through these camps. We found that quite convenient since observing people at camps is so much more revealing than during interviews.
