The camp was held at Ali's Acre, the transformative 1-acre project in Zanzibar. Here, Shan Ali and his team are dedicated to cultivating a self-sufficient food system, aiming to grow all the calories required to sustain four people on just one acre of land. His innovative approach bridges ecological harmony and practical living, inspiring others to embrace sustainable solutions.
Campers stayed in shared rooms built without cement out of natural limestone with private bathrooms and receive three meals by day cooked with ingredients from the farm.
